The hard question most people can't ask themselves and give the real answer. Many people go through life without ever knowing their true purpose. They are stuck in jobs they hate, with little to no passion for what they do and limited personal life satisfaction.  I'm here to tell you that your life is worth more than just existing. You were meant to thrive, not merely survive. You have unique talents, skills, and qualities that make you one of a kind. It's time to stop hiding behind the walls of fear and self-doubt, and step into your true potential.

So why are you here? What is that one thing that sets your soul on fire? That makes you feel alive, energized, and fulfilled?

It's not an easy question to answer, but it's worth taking the time to figure it out. Imagine waking up every morning, excited and passionate about the day ahead. Imagine doing work that not only pays the bills but also brings you joy and purpose. Imagine living a life with no regrets because you are following your true calling.

The truth is, we all have something unique to offer the world. It may be through our career, our creativity, our relationships, or our contributions to society. But it's there, waiting to be discovered and unleashed.

Why Are You Here???

Naked and No Longer Ashamed
Dr. Stacey (that’s “ey”) L. Tidwell

As I reflect on my journey of self-discovery, I am reminded of the times when I couldn't even fathom asking myself why I was here. It seemed like such a daunting question that I didn't even want to entertain it. And if by some chance it did cross my mind, I would                  quickly dismiss it, thinking that there was no point in                                seeking an answer.

But as I went through different experiences and                                                processes, I realized that my own self-doubt and                                         insecurities were holding me back from even                                              trying to find the answer. It was easier to stay in                                       my comfort zone and continue living a mediocre                                 life, rather than facing the unknown and possibly                                failing.  However, something inside of me kept urging                      me to push past my fears and doubts. And so, I started                     digging deep within myself, questioning my beliefs and                         patterns of behavior. It wasn't easy, but as I continued to                           do the work, I slowly began to uncover the reasons

behind my reluctance to seek the answer to such a fundamental question.

I discovered that it was because I didn't believe in myself. I didn't think I was capable or worthy enough to know the answer. But as I kept pushing and challenging myself, I started to see that I was capable of more than I ever imagined. And with this newfound belief in myself, I finally mustered up the courage to ask the question: Why am I here?

As I sought out the answer, I realized that it wasn't a simple one-line response. It wasn't a destination to reach, but rather a never-ending journey of self-discovery and growth. And that was both daunting and exciting at the same time.

This is why I created KnotFree Living. To help you uncover your purpose, to guide you in breaking free from the knots of self-doubt and fear, and to empower you to live a life that is true to who you are.

Uncovering your foundational beliefs, identifying your values, and understanding your strengths are just some of the steps we will take together. Because when you know who you truly are and what you are meant to do, everything else falls into place.

Your Belief Reconstructors

The "Coffee and Conversation with Colorful Women: Who Told You You Were Naked?" event is an opportunity to begin to gain the tools to challenge your beliefs, understand your foundation and break free from the narratives that hold you back from restructuring what works for YOU.

We will glean from Jackie Kallen (recently inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame - the only female boxing manager with this accomplishment), Dr. Jaqueline Mohair (Ambassador to the U.N., President of T.I.U.A., Advocate and Life Coach), Dr. Lewis Kola (Psychotherapist and Founder of New Horizon Counseling Centers), and Shawn Fair (CEO of the Leadership Experience Tour and Fair Consulting Group).  With these dynamic and powerful guides, you will benefit from the strategies and structures shared with you to help you self-direct your trajectory to SUCCESS.

It's time to break free from the chains of self-doubt and negative self-talk. Who told you that you weren't good enough? Who planted the seed of insecurity in your mind?

It's time to reject those toxic thoughts and embrace your worthiness. You are capable, strong, and deserving of everything you were placed here to receive.

  • Don't let anyone else define your value or dictate your self-perception.

  • You are in control of your own narrative and capable of achieving greatness.

  • Believe in yourself and trust that you have what it takes to overcome any challenge.

  • Don't let fear hold you back or allow doubt to cloud your judgement.

Remember, you are enough just as you are, flaws and all. Don't buy into society's narrow definition of perfection. Embrace your uniqueness and let it shine.

Your Success is defined by you and you alone. What you have been taught to believe about yourself and the world around you is based upon someone else's beliefs or experiences. It's time to break free from the limitations of those beliefs and create your own unique path.
