KnotFree Living LLC, has a responsibility and commitment to secure all private and sensitive information.  By law,we are required to report any evidence of child abuse or strong suspicions of child abuse or neglect as well as any evidence or suspicions of domestic violence. We are also mandated to report abuse of handicapped or elderly persons. 

If subpoenaed to provide information in a court of law, we will first assert client-therapist privilege, if it applies. However, we can be ordered by a judge to disclose information, including personal sensitive information.
