Cancellation Policy

This means carefully scheduling and planning for each client's needs and ensuring that our team is ready to serve you at your scheduled time. When appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, it not only affects our business, but also impacts other clients who could have taken that slot. Cancellations of services, appointments, bookings, or events made less than 24 hours before the start time will incur a late cancellation fee. We therefore require a credit card on file to hold your appointment time. This policy ensures that both our team and our clients can plan accordingly. In the event of cancellation, the credit card on file will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to compensate for the loss of business and inconvenience caused. This fee will be based on the total cost of the service or event and will need to be paid before any future bookings can be made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, which allows us to continue providing top-notch services to all of our clients. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, causing you to cancel a service or appointment at the last minute. However, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
